Build Assessment Coordinator – Irlam, Manchester

The Role

Here at Freedom Fibre, we're currently expanding our team due to the rapid growth of the Company. This has created an exciting new opportunity for a Build Assessment Coordinator to join the business to provide support to our Build Assessment and Survey Manager.

Core Responsibilities

  • Receive and record data onto work management systems – updating information onto a shared in-house database

  • Preparation, submission and updating of Asset Register – recording all information on spreadsheets regarding new telecommunications structures that are built

  • Submission and tracking of network adjustments – Logging and submitting documents to Openreach to help bring their network up to a useable standard (system training will be given)

  • GIS system reports – using our user-friendly in-house design system to run reports

  • Noticing for apparatus installation – apply to local councils for permission to install telecommunication equipment in the public highway (system training will be given)

  • Organising meetings and taking minutes

  • Liaising with Build Team for regular updates

Reporting to

Build Assessment and Survey Manager

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar administration role

  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office packages

  • Attention to detail and a persistent approach to following up enquiries

  • A team player

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proactive and takes initiative

  • Detail orientated

  • Excellent organisational skills
