The Referrer must be an existing TalkTalk customer.

The incentive will be paid to both the Referrer and the Referee within 30 days of a successful connection to the Freedom Fibre Limited network at the Referee’s address.

The Referrer must still be an existing TalkTalk customer upon connection of the Referee to the Freedom Fibre Limited network to receive the incentive.

Referrals will only be eligible if the Referee is not an existing TalkTalk customer.

There is no limit to the number of people the Referrer can refer, but if the Referee has already been referred by another Referrer, only the first submission will be valid.

There is no cash alternative to the £50 Amazon gift card incentive.

The Amazon gift card will be issued to the email addresses on the Referrer’s TalkTalk account, and the Referee’s TalkTalk account created when placing an order.

If the Freedom Fibre Limited network is available at the Referee’s address at the time of referral, the submission will remain open for 12 months from the referral date. In the case that the Freedom Fibre Limited network is not available at the Referee’s address at the time of referral, the submission will remain open for 12 months from the date the Freedom Fibre Limited network becomes available at the Referee’s address. If the Referee has not successfully connected to the Freedom Fibre Limited network within these periods, both the Referrer and the Referee will not be eligible to receive the incentive.

In the event of a failed installation at the Referee’s address, the gift card will be payable at Freedom Fibre's discretion – dependent on the reason for failure and whether the installation is/can be completed successfully on a subsequent date.
