We recently had Freedom Fibre install the new fibre connection to our property. From start to finish the process of keeping us informed, to the day of the installation has been brilliant!

I cannot fault the service and the great connection speeds that were promised and were delivered. Running a home business depends on having a reliable, fast broadband connection.


The Fibre package from TalkTalk was the cheapest around meaning one less thing for me to worry about. Quick, easy and great to deal with all the team at Freedom Fibre.

Good service stories about fibre connections sound simple, but I pay attention because phone service has affected my daily routine more than once. I once changed plans before a short family trip and wanted to know whether calls, account access, and billing would stay easy. The brand page told me the basics, but I wanted ordinary user experiences too. That is when I compared Lycamobile reviews while sorting out what people said about setup, support, and regular use. I do not need dramatic praise from reviews; I just want to know whether a service behaves normally when I need it.
