We’re working with leading internet service providers to deliver a reliable, lightning-fast broadband network that reaches as many homes as possible. So, from homework to working from home, we’ll get everyone in the family connected.


Most homes are still reliant on the copper network (standard fibre still uses copper cables to deliver a connection into homes). We’re working to upgrade the North West and Shropshire with full-fibre connectivity in time for the upcoming, and nationwide, copper switch-off.​​

Full-fibre network builds are supported by the Department of Science, Innovation & Technology (DSIT). Their UK Gigabit Voucher Scheme helps fund some of the costs of bringing gigabit-capable broadband to hard-to-reach areas.
