Stoke-on-Trent City Council Employee Reward
Eligibility & Registration
The scheme is open to current Stoke-on-Trent City Council employees (“Participants”) only who reside in an area connected to the Freedom Fibre network. To participate, employees must register and place their full-fibre broadband order through the dedicated staff link that has been provided.

Incentive Qualification
Participants will be eligible for the £100 reward after successfully connecting to the Freedom Fibre network via one of our ISP partners and maintaining the service for a minimum of 30 days following installation.

Reward Payment
The £100 reward will be paid 30 days after successful installation and confirmation of the qualifying period. Rewards will be issued in voucher form via our reward partner, Buyapowa and are not exchangeable for cash. Available vouchers are Amazon, Tesco and UberEats.

Failed Installations
In the event of a failed installation, the incentive may be withheld at the discretion of Freedom Fibre.

Order Requirements
To qualify for the reward, Participants must place their broadband order using the dedicated staff link. Orders placed without using this link will not be eligible for the reward.

Offer Conditions
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Only one reward per household is permitted. No cash alternative is available. Rewards may be subject to separate terms and conditions depending on the form in which they are issued.

Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected, stored, and processed solely for the administration and assessment of this reward scheme. Freedom Fibre Ltd will comply with all applicable data protection laws.

Right to Amend or Withdraw
Freedom Fibre reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the scheme and/or review and revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to participate after any changes, Participants are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms & Conditions.
School Referral Scheme

Eligibility & Participation
This scheme is open to parents or legal guardians (“Participants”) of pupils attending participating schools who reside within an area serviceable by the Freedom Fibre network.
Participation requires engagement via the official referral link provided by the participating school.
£2 School Donation (Engagement Incentive)
For each Participant who:
completes an availability check on the Freedom Fibre website via the school’s referral link; and
submits valid and verifiable contact details (including full name, address, and contact information),
Freedom Fibre will donate £2 to the participating school’s PTA or designated school fund.
The £2 donation is strictly limited to one per household. Multiple submissions from individuals residing at the same address, or variations of the same address, will not qualify for additional donations.
Freedom Fibre reserves the right to validate all submissions, including through address verification and duplicate detection processes. Any submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or reasonably suspected of being duplicates or generated by automated or non-genuine means may be disqualified at Freedom Fibre’s sole discretion.
Donations will be aggregated and paid to the relevant school at intervals determined by Freedom Fibre. Freedom Fibre reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reclaim donation amounts where irregular or fraudulent activity is identified.
Customer Reward Eligibility (£50 Voucher)
Participants will qualify for a £50 reward where they:
place an order for a full-fibre broadband service via a participating ISP on the Freedom Fibre network using the school’s referral link;
successfully complete installation; and
maintain an active service for a minimum period of 30 days following installation.
Reward Fulfilment
The £50 reward will be issued following confirmation that all eligibility criteria have been met, including the 30-day active service requirement.
Rewards will be issued in voucher form via Freedom Fibre’s nominated fulfilment partner and may be redeemed against available options, including Amazon, Tesco, or Uber Eats.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
Referral Link Requirement
Eligibility for both the £2 donation and the £50 reward is conditional upon use of the official referral link provided by the participating school.
Any activity, submission, or order completed outside of this link will not qualify for the scheme.
Installation & Service Conditions
Where installation is unsuccessful, incomplete, or cancelled, or where the broadband service is terminated within 30 days of activation, the £50 reward will not be issued.
Freedom Fibre reserves the right to withhold rewards where eligibility criteria are not fully satisfied.
Offer Limitations
A maximum of one £50 reward and one £2 donation is permitted per household.
This offer is available to new customers only.
The offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, incentive, or discount unless expressly stated by Freedom Fibre.
Participating Schools
This scheme is available only through schools that have an active referral agreement with Freedom Fibre.
Participating schools are not responsible for the administration, validation, or fulfilment of rewards or donations under this scheme.
Data Protection
Freedom Fibre will collect and process Participants’ personal data for the purposes of administering this scheme, conducting availability checks, and contacting Participants regarding relevant services.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
General
Freedom Fibre reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
amend, suspend, or withdraw this scheme at any time without prior notice;
verify the eligibility of Participants and the validity of submissions;
refuse, withhold, or reclaim any reward or donation where fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
Participation in this scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Staff referral programme – open all year round

People can participate by registering their name and email address at https://freedomfibre.com/staff. Upon registration, you will become a referrer (“Referrer/s”) and will be given a unique web link to share with friends and family who are not already Freedom Fibre Networks customers (“Friends”) and who are happy to receive the link from you.

Incentive payment is dependent upon successful connection to the Freedom Fibre network with one of our ISP partners for a minimum of 30 days.

The referral programme is not available to Freedom Fibre Ltd, Lila Connect or third party contractor staff who receive sales commission from Freedom Fibre Ltd or Lila Connect.

We are a full-fibre network builder, and we partner with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to deliver broadband services into homes and businesses. ISP availability may vary in some areas of our network coverage while we work to onboard them and/or as we roll our network out into new areas. ISP prices and offers are subject to change, and should be checked with them at the time of placing an order. Upon successful connection to the Freedom Fibre network, any enquiries relating to your broadband package and services, speeds, pricing, and contracts, should be directed to the ISP signed up with.
