The partnership began by levelling up Stoke-on-Trent’s digital infrastructure with a brand-new full-fibre network built by VX Fibre. Following VX Fibre's merger with Freedom Fibre in 2024, our collaboration has grown to directly support Stoke City Council's digital ambitions. Together, we are delivering key community initiatives—such as discounted broadband for Council tenants and subsidised internet for care leavers—with further upgrades and exclusive offers planned for the long term.
