Freedom Fibre have recently agreed to sign a wholesale agreement with Talk Talk that will aim to deliver ultra-fast broadband services in the North West.

The new venture plans to build a state of the art, pure fibre-to-the-premise (FTTP) network to deliver broadband speeds of 1 Gigabit (1000 Mbps) direct to tens of thousands of homes and businesses initially in the North West, offering customers better quality and value.

TalkTalk and Freedom Fibre share a joint ambition to connect as many customers and businesses as possible to TalkTalk’s Future Fibre product across the next 5 years and beyond and we firmly believe FULL Fibre should be a right and NOT a privilege, accessible to all. As such we are embarking on a highly collaborative joint business plan together and the North West is very much one of the key first steps on this

Connection problems don’t need to be dramatic to ruin the mood. One unclear service detail, one account issue, or one setup step that doesn’t behave as expected is enough to waste way more time than it should. I had one of those moments recently and stopped pretending another round of clicking would clear it up. The page I used after that was https://q-link-wireless.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html a direct customer service path was the only thing that mattered at that point. Connectivity is one of those categories where patience runs out very quickly once normal use stops feeling normal.
