“World class...”

Good morning, I very rarely praise organisations for the service they provide so this email is an exception.

Yesterday (Friday, 11 March 2022), I contacted the Freedom Fibre careline and explained that the fibre optic cable from a telegraph pole to my property was sagging. Within 2 hours, the problem had been resolved, incredible!

I contacted Freedom Fibre again later on Friday to explain that I was not receiving the download speed I was expecting. The careline employee was more than helpful explaining to me where the fault could lie. After finishing the call I located the fault to an imperfect ethernet cable connection inside my property.

If only all customer service was like that of Freedom Fibre, no endless telephone menu systems, no continual security questions just staff keen on doing a good job!

Best regards,

Paul Clarke
